David Smith is an Associate of the Ashridge Strategic Management Centre. He is investment advisor to a major media corporation and lectures on corporate finance to a variety of clients. Previously he was a senior manager with the Shell group advising on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and holds a BSc in Physics from Birmingham University. |
